টেলিটক আগামী সিম এসএসসি পর্যায়ে GPA5 হোল্ডার বিতরণ করা হবে.! আপনি এসএসসি 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 এবং 2016 শুধুমাত্র আগামী সিম নিবন্ধনের আবেদন মধ্যে GPA5 করিয়েছি. টেলিটক সর্বনিম্ন ট্যারিফ, ডেটা প্ল্যান বা আরো সঙ্গে বিনামূল্যে টেলিটকের স্পেশাল সিম "আগামী" দান করতে যাচ্ছে!
REGISTRATION OPEN Start Date: 10 June 2016 and End Date: 10 July 2016
► Necessary Information and Instruction for AGAMI SIM collection:
STEP 1
• firstly from a teletalk connection you needs to send SMS for REGISTRATION.
• SIM can be collected from his/her Chosen Customer Care after getting SMS from Teletalk.
• Complete your Agami SIM registration before starting web registration. SMS can be send by writing GPA5<space>sscBOARD<space>sscROLL<space>sscPASSING YEAR<space>MOBILE NUMBER<space>CC Code and send to 16222
Example:
GPA5 Dhaka 123467 2014 01717****** 101
or GPA5 Dhaka 123467 2014 01551****** 101
• in a replay you will get NAME and a REGISTRATION number
• CC Code means customer care number
• To know CC Code, Pls write : GPA5 HELP CC Comilla and send sms to 16222.
• Download teletalk ( customer care) CC Code click here
STEP 2
You will get a Confirmation message. Example: Mr. XXXX, Congratulations! Agami SIM registration is completed. We will notify you the schedule of Agami SIM collection via SMS.
STEP 3
The following documents are required to collect Agami SIM.
• SIM collection SMS (will be sent by Teletalk)
• Original SSC Admit Card/ Mark sheet/ Certificate.
• Photocopy of SSC Admit Card/ Mark sheet/ Certificate.
• Photocopy of Voter ID card/ Passport/ Driving License(Student/Guardian)
• Photo- 2 Copies(same person who has Voter ID card/ Passport/ Driving License
(Student/Guardian)
• User Registration Form (Optional) - (Available at agami.teletalk.com.bd) or can be collected directly from any Teletalk Customer Care Center/ Point.
